• LatinCardio - Cardio workout w/Latin dance moves
• CardioTease - "Pole dancing" minus pole, Hip-hop inspired
• BootCamp/KickBoxing - Tone, strength, and condition
• Walk/Run - Lots of moderate to challenging hills, high school track available
• Booty-Yoga - Slow paced, gentle movement
• Bicycling - Lots of hills, mostly road rides, some trails, mountain biking in spring/summer

$10 Advanced or $15 Drop-In
