Workshops

We provide a two-month "Getting Started" program to increase your success in developing a simple, sustainable plan for improving their whole-body health:
• Wellness and lifestyle assessment
• PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire)
• Fitness program 12-plan and crystallized goals
• Food and regenerative nutrition plan
• Time management and accountability system

Become better equipped to:
1. Recognize the importance of a whole-body health approach toward long-term vitality
2. Increased energy, activity and improved fitness levels
3. Make better choices in your eating
4. Free yourself of addictions that keep you from being truly healthy
5. Gain a better understanding of what it takes to be healthy and maintain optimal health

Workshops and 40-day (6-week) small groups curriculum (starts January 24th):

Week 1: My Temple – Aging, Anatomy, Digestion, Biochemistry/Hormones
Week 2: My Food – Healthy choices, Nutrition, Supplementation
Week 3: My Rest – Sleep, Relaxation, Breathing
Week 4: My Feelings – Emotions, Stress Management
Week 5: My Fitness – Movement and Daily activity
Week 6: My Time – Goals, Visualization and Accountability
(Participation for January 24th is free. Workbook, video series, once per week small group discussion time, online resources and accountability system will be provided. Suggested donation to cover printing expenses is $20/per person.)
